Shaimaa Abuanza is an energetic General Dentist with over a decade of experience in dentistry, beginning with my Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Egypt in 2013 and advanced training in Fixed Prosthodontics completed in 2019. After relocating to the United States in 2021, I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston and have been practicing in Texas since October 2023. I am currently a PGY-1 resident in the Master’s Program in Oral Implantology at Jacksonville University, completing my clinical training at a Dallas-based site. This advanced training allows me to further develop my skills in implant dentistry, surgical concepts, and comprehensive treatment planning, with the goal of advancing my expertise in implantology upon completion of the program in 2028. My clinical experience includes comprehensive restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, wisdom teeth extractions, implant dentistry, and pediatric care. I am proficient in multiple dental software systems and digital dentistry workflows, with a strong focus on efficiency, adaptability, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Combining international training, U.S. dental education, prosthodontic experience, and advanced implant training, I bring a diverse perspective and a strong clinical foundation. I am committed to continuous learning and providing high-quality dentistry while building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.
